## Monitoring Your Dataworkz Datasets

After opening a dataset in Dataworkz, you can monitor its performance and health using the built-in monitoring features. Click the **Monitoring** quick link from the top-level dataset view to access the monitoring section.

### Dataset Overview

The monitoring section provides an overview of your dataset, including:

* **Data size:** The total size of the dataset.
* **Owner:** The user who created the dataset.
* **Last Modified Date:** The date and time when the dataset was last modified.

### Observability Features

Dataworkz provides several observability features that give a comprehensive view of your dataset's health and performance:

* **Data Freshness:** Shows dataset details including date, size, count, quality, and file information. Use this to confirm your data is current.
* **Impact Analysis:** Displays the dataset's lineage, showing how it was created and modified over time. Use this to understand the impact of changes.
* **Header Information:** Provides information about specific headers, including their semantics and distribution. Use this to understand the structure and content of the dataset.
* **Schema and Volume:** Displays the schema and volume of the dataset, giving you a clear picture of its size and complexity.

### Anomaly Detection
