Remove Stop Words Operation

Removes common stop words from string values — apply general linguistic stop words or organisation-specific stop words.

The Remove Stop Words operation strips common words from each string value that carry little meaning and can reduce text analysis accuracy. Two word lists are available as separate sub-operations.

Remove Stop Words sub-operations

General

Removes common English-language stop words from the string. Both sub-operations use a "+" add button to apply directly without opening a configuration dialog.

Organization

Removes common organisational entity words from the string — useful for normalising company names before matching or deduplication.
