UI Query

The Filter 'UI query' simplifies the Filter Query from a manual text box input, to a drop down selection box format.

UI Query 'Conditions':

• Equals (=)

• Does not Equal (!=)

• Starts With

• Ends With

• Contains

• Is Null

• Is Blank

• Is Not Null

• Is Not Blank

UI Query 'Results':

• Any existing column header in the dataset

• Constant (selecting this adds a field to enter the constant value)

How to use the UI Query:

1. In the dataset view, click Transform, then click Filter below the quick links.

2. Select the UI Query option and pick the field to filter on.

3. Click the pencil icon to add a condition. Click + to add more conditions for that field.

4. Click OK to confirm the conditions for that field.

5. Click + next to the field name to add another field to filter on.

6. Click OK to apply all filter conditions to the dataset.
