This document describes the Dataworkz connector configuration required to access Google Sheets. Dataworkz requires one of the following OAuth setup before proceeding with the configuration
OAuth
Service Account
You need to authorize Dataworkz to access your Google Sheets data
In order to setup service accountOAuth follow the Setup Service Account instructions. After that goto “APIs & Services” -> “Enabled APIs & services” and enable the following.
Google Sheets API
Google Drive API
Login to Dataworkz Application
Goto Configuration -> SaaS Applications -> Google Sheet
Click the + icon to add a new configuration
Enter name for the configuration in the above screen
Select the authentication option for your account (OAuth / Service Account)
This requires using Google OAuth to authorize Dataworkz to access Google Sheets
Select the workspace
Provide URL of the google sheet
Select the collection that would comprise google sheet dataset
Click Save
Enter the Client ID
Enter the Client email ID
Select the certification option & type
Enter the Private Key ID
Enter the Private Key
Select the workspace & collection
Test the connection
Select the workspace
Provide URL of the google sheet
Select the collection that would comprise google sheet dataset
Click Save
Newly created connector would show up in the list of Google Sheet configurations
