Zendesk

How to configure a Zendesk connection

Steps for connecting to Zendesk

  1. Navigate to the configurations section of the Dataworkz platform(Gear Icon)

  2. Click on cloud data platforms

  3. Select Zendesk

  4. Click the + icon to add a new Zendesk connection

  5. Add the Zendesk instance name

  6. Select App option(Zendesk sell or support)

  7. Select the OAuth(Private connection or Dataworkz OAuth)

  8. Choose the workspace that you want to use

  9. Choose the collection that you would like to use

  10. Choose the scope for the Zendesk connection(Read or Write)

  11. Save the configuration
