Finding Your Data Storage: Collections
To store datasets in an object storage like s3 or vector database like MongoDB Atlas, you need to discover the data storage. Follow these steps:
Click Discover under Data Studio: Initiate the data discovery process.
Create a Workspace: This is a logical construct that Dataworkz uses to organize collections.
Select Your Database or Cloud Data Storage: Choose the location from which you want to discover datasets.
Discover Datasets: Ensure you perform this step for your cloud platform and database to identify datasets that you may need.
If you would like to configure a new datasource, hitting the connect to datasource will pull up the configuration page for all built in connectors
