How to configure a Stripe Connection

This document describes the Dataworkz connector configuration required to access Stripe. This document walks through the steps needed to setup Stripe account and to use the same in Dataworkz.

Prerequisite

Before configuring Dataworkz for Stripe, API key need to be configured in Stripe. Follow the steps listed below for configuring the same in Stripe.

  1. Go to Stripe's website and sign up for an account.

  2. Login to your

  3. In the left sidebar, click on Developers.

  4. Under API keys, setup stripe key.

Steps for connecting to Stripe

  1. Navigate to the configurations section of the Dataworkz platform(Gear Icon)

  2. Click on cloud data platforms

  3. Select Stripe

  4. Click the + icon to add a new Stripe connection

  5. Add the Stripe instance name

  6. Add the api key

  7. Select the Dataworkz workspace you would like to connect to

  8. Select the Dataworkz collection that you want to connect to

  9. Test the connection

  10. If the connection is successful, save the configuration.

  11. Newly created connection would show up in the list of Stripe configurations.

Add Task Configuration

Click the newly created connector and then click + icon to add new task configuration for Stripe

  1. Enter name for the dataset

  2. Select the Stripe entity that you need to access

  3. Select the appropriate option for reading all the historical data or for a date range

  4. Enable/disable recurring job

  5. Click Add.

This would complete the Dataworkz configuration for Stripe
