User Management
This document describers different ways to create and invite users to a tenant/account. User can be registerd on Dataworkz platform in one of the following ways.
Registering with email ID other than google
Registering with Google SSO
inviting a user
Registering with non-Google email ID
Goto Dataworkz RAG application (https://ragapps.dataworkz.com/)
Click on create account link. It will open the Sign-up page
enter username
enter user's email ID
enter name of the tenant/account that you would like to create and click "Check Availability" to see if iti availalble
click "Accept terms and conditions"
click Sign up. This would generate an email for the provided email ID
Goto the email received and click "Complete Registration"
It will prompt you to enter the email for verification. Enter email ID and click "Submit and Continue"
Check your email and enter the received verification code in the screen above
Set your password
This step would complete the registration process. You can login with the email and the password created above
Registering with Google SSO
Goto Dataworkz RAG application (https://ragapps.dataworkz.com/)
Click on the Google icon to login using Google SSO
Inviting a User
After login to Dataworkz click the "View All Tenants" dropdown
List of all the tenants in the system is displayed
Click the "users" button against the tenant. It pops up "Manage Access" screen
Add Full Name of the user and email ID. Click "Add User" to send the invite.
Invited user would have have to do one of the following.
If user has already registered, email received would be about accepting invite. User needs to click "Accept Invitation" link in the received email.
If user isn't registered with Dataworkz, email received would be about completing registration. User needs to click "Compelete Registration" and follow the steps listed in the Registration for non-google user or Registration for google users.
Post accepting, user would be logged into the system
